What are your classes like?
The classes are always focused on YOU and YOUR NEEDS. Each modality works the whole body with fluidity, grace and Safety! Modifications and progressions are offered. ALL modalities strengthen your core  while bringing to the body grace and increased range of motion! Each class is Fun, energetic and Different!


What if i am a complete  beginner?
All levels are welcome, Dance, yoga or pilates background would be appreciated but the classes aim to embrace all. Special focus is on  posture and body alignment and  to work at your  own  level still  working harder but SAFE!

 

( Only exception  is  some specialty workshops and Classes  as we would encourage the client to have some prior experience with the specific modality )


How many classes should i attend in order to start seeing results?
My kind recommendations would be to take at least 2-4 times a week especially for beginners. These classes are an excellent way to cross train no matter what your fitness lifestyle might be.

 

.Do we need to bring our own mats?

Mats or any other props are highly recommended to provide cushioning for your bones and joints!

 

What shouId I  wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and not intimidated! Wear comfortable clothes for you that allow you to move freely!

 

What if I am pregnant or recently had a baby or have any specific injuries and or surgeries?
.All pre and postnatal women should consult their physician before beginning any exercise regimen. Pregnant women must present written consent from their doctor before they can take class and must notify the Teacher. The same applies to anyone who has serious limitations that require special attention. Safety is my priority!
